The Pastry Garden - About Us

Carol Thompson is a graduate of the baking and pastry program at
Culinary Institute of America. She has worked in New York City at
several prestigious establishments including Balthazar Bakery and the
Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. She also worked and traveled extensively
in Europe including a 6 month stay in Munich, Germany at the
Ratskeller Restaurant. She is the owner and head baker of the
Pastry Garden and brings he European style back to her hometown
of Rockland, Maine.
